The family studio consists of two levels, and can sleep seven persons maximum. It has its own private entrance. There are two bedrooms with 2 bathroom and a Balcony with a kitchenette. Free wireless WiFi internet, flat-screen TV, Netflix and a selection of coffee & teas and water kettle. Bed Size(s): 1 Extra length King size bed and 1 x Sleeper Sofa (good quality with mattress) in the Main bedroom, 2 x Double size bed in second bedroom.

Booking Terms
A deposit of 50% or credit card details are required before bookings can be confirmed. Pro-forma invoices are provided on provisional bookings.
Failure of guest arriving or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the prepayment.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Villa Schreiner will refund the applicable amount within 3 working days. Villa Schreiner levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
